Good stuff on the massive collapse of common sense and justice following the end of World War II, explained through the bizarre lend-lease program where the U.S. gave away nuclear secrets and materials to the Soviet Union as well as importing Russian agents and setting them loose in the U.S.A. Also discussion of the McCarthy hearings and the truths McCarthy tried to get out before the media turned on him. Fascinating stuff...
And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death. (Rev. 12:11) Watch, and pray

CERN Dangers Revealed! Paperclip Nazis and Cosmology Cartel - Dr. Joseph Farrell & Dark Journalist
So what is really going on with the CERN reactor? What connection do the Nazis have to this? And a connection to the Kennedy assassination? Interesting stuff....
Join Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt as he welcomes back Oxford Scholar and author of the popular Giza Death Star book series Dr. Joseph P. Farrell. His latest book, The Third Way: The Nazi International, European Union and Corporate Fascism, explores the deep political roots and global dangers of the controversial particle physics experiment by CERN called The Hadron Collider, which was set up in Geneva, Switzerland with a massive military style budget of over six billion dollars!
Dr. Farrell's research exposes CERN's official story of the so-called "Atom Smasher" Hadron Collider Project, as being ostensibly created for peaceful scientific experiments in particle physics, and reveals that it is actually a dangerous advanced technology project set up for secret military purposes and is seeking the ability to manipulate matter on a galactic scale and possibly even open dimensional doorways.
Strangelets Danger
He cites the massive disturbances in the magnetosphere of the earth when the Hadron Collider is turned on and outlines that it may have serious consequences for physical life on earth and a major impact on the rotation of the planet itself. We also will discover that voices in the scientific community have raised objections that CERN is unsafe due to the potential development of "Strangelets" a distorted potential byproduct of the matter smashing experiments that have been compared to mini black holes that suck in all dense matter and energy. He also shows the undeniable similarity between the CERN Hadron Collider and a Nazi Physics project called The Bell" that was an underground Torsion Physics project built by slave labor and overseen by the top Nazi Scientists to give them a master weapon to rule the world!
Deep State Nazi Connections
Dark Journalist and Dr. Farrell investigate the history of CERN and demonstrate clear links of a post-war Nazi International through the figure of John J. McCloy , lawyer for notorious German corporate conglomerate IG Farben. McCloy was also the Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations and became the American High Commissioner for post World War II Germany. In a controversial action, McCloy helped clear and vet over 70,000 Nazis (yes, 70,000!) helping to utilize their intelligence networks to set up the CIA.
One of the major figures that he cleared was top Nazi legal theorist and prisoner of war Dr. Walter Hallstein who was eventually responsible for helping to set up CERN and who was also a key architect for developing the the Nazi plan for a European Federation that was eventually adopted as the blueprint for the European Union. McCloy, in a strange twist, also served on the Warren Commission to whitewash any Deep State connections to the JFK Assassination. JFK was famously committed to "Smashing the CIA into a thousand pieces" as a way to root out the Nazi infiltration of the agency and regain control over the government from suspected Nazi collaborators like CIA director Allen Dulles.
Revealing, groundbreaking, shocking, unnerving, and rife with controversial, staggering implications of a massive covert military project hiding in plain sight, don't miss this cutting- edge Dark Journalist

The NASA Warp Drive Story
by Joseph P. Farrell
There's been a story percolating around the internet that NASA may have accidentally discovered, or have created, a "space warp" in its tests of the EM engine. This was one of those stories that many of you noticed and sent various articles to me, and it does require paying attention to, both for what is said, and is not said. First, let's look at a couple of the more popular presentations of the story, one of which, incidentally, is from Russia's Sputnik website in its English language version:
NASA May Have Accidentally Created a Warp Field
Did NASA Mistakenly Create a Warp Field?
Now, according to Sputnik, the process was discovered when laser interferometers were fired through the field produced by the so-called EM drive, during which it was observed that the lasers were traveling faster than light, and producing the type of intereference pattern that would be produced by a "warp bubble":

Now, according to Sputnik, the process was discovered when laser interferometers were fired through the field produced by the so-called EM drive, during which it was observed that the lasers were traveling faster than light, and producing the type of intereference pattern that would be produced by a "warp bubble":
"According to posts on NASASpaceFlight.com, a website devoted to the engineering side of space news, when lasers were fired through the EmDrive’s resonance chamber, some of the beams appeared to travel faster than the speed of light. Now note that the Sputnik article references the one from Mysterious Univese, and that Mysterious Universe references the observation is being made by commentators on the story:
"If that’s true, it would mean that the EmDrive is producing a warp field or bubble.
Mysterious Universe pulled the following comment from a space forum after the tests:
“That’s the big surprise. This signature (the interference pattern) on the EmDrive looks just like what a warp bubble looks like. And the math behind the warp bubble apparently matches the interference pattern found in the EmDrive.”
"Which brings us to today’s warp field buzz. Posts on NASASpaceFlight.com, a website devoted to the engineering side of space news, say that NASA has a tool to measure variances in the path-time of light. When lasers were fired through the EmDrive’s resonance chamber, it measured significant variances and, more importantly, found that some of the beams appeared to travel faster than the speed of light. If that’s true, it would mean that the EmDrive is producing a warp field or bubble. Here’s a comment from a space forum following the tests. So, the story really boils down to a comment made by someone on a forum, not by NASA itself. Nothing to see here, move along. Right?

Liquid Mercury Found at Teotihuacan's Pyramid of the Serpent
Fascinating stuff, as history in the last century has connected governments like Germany connecting ancient technology involving liquid mercury to "godlike" flying machines....and not it's found at one of the world's greatest monuments, and one made to honor the great serpent no less...
by Joseph P. Farrell
Liquid mercury found under Mexican pyramid could lead to king's tomb
Liquid Mercury Found in Mexican Pyramid Could Hold Secrets of Teotihuacan
There are a number of curious - and predictable - feastures of this story, which for our purposes we shall focus on The Guardian's presentation. The first, and most obvious, is the standard temptation to explain the unusual presence of mercury at the Pyramid of the Serpent in terms of the usual line that this was all about royal funery arrangements and "religion":
Now, I'm not saying for a moment that no tomb can or ever will be found under any of the pyramids of Teotihuacan. What I am saying is that one cannot rush to the decision that if such a discovery was made, that it would be contemporaneous to the civiliation that actually constructed the monuments (if monuments they were). Only careful dating of such a discovery, coupled with close argumentation, could establish this.
What disturbs me here, as it probably disturbed the many people who sent me various versions of this story, is the rush to impose the "standard" view of archaeology that the discovery of mercury, like mica, at Teotihuacan must have something to do with the primitive and mildly entertaining superstitutions of the "backward" people that built the site. What is nowhere entertained is the idea that the presence of such elements might indicate something far different about the structures, namely, that they may have been constructed as some sort of machine. Mercury is well known, of course, as a principal element in alchemical experiments. But it is also useful for experiments in plasmas, and a variety of other uses. Mica of course is useful as an electrical insulator and a dialectric.
It was the late Peter Tompkins, who was rumored to have intelligence connections, who put the problems posed by such things very plainly in his remarkable book, Mysteries of the Mexican Pyramids(Harper and Row, 1976):

his story was sent by so many of you that it bears some commentary. My problem in commenting about it, however, was which version of this story to select. But these two, from the UK's The Guadian and the USA's Newsweek will do as well as any:
Liquid mercury found under Mexican pyramid could lead to king's tomb
Liquid Mercury Found in Mexican Pyramid Could Hold Secrets of Teotihuacan
There are a number of curious - and predictable - feastures of this story, which for our purposes we shall focus on The Guardian's presentation. The first, and most obvious, is the standard temptation to explain the unusual presence of mercury at the Pyramid of the Serpent in terms of the usual line that this was all about royal funery arrangements and "religion":
"Gómez speculated to Reuters that the mercury could be a sign that his team is close to uncovering the first royal tomb ever found in Teotihuacan after decades of excavation – and centuries of mystery surrounding the leadership of the cryptic but well-preserved city.Except, there's something of a fly in the ointment, or rather, perhaps a whole lot of flies, and that is simply that no recovery of a "royal tomb" has yet been discovered "after decades of excavation." In other words, in site of all the archaeological theory about rituals and mirrors and divination, the key piece of evidence that would confirm these ideas is utterly missing. It's rather like that inconvenient fact that no "king" or "queen" was ever found in the "King's Chamber" and "Queen's chamber" in the Great Pyramid. Indeed, the names of those interior structures inside the Great Pyramid were chosen in deference to the reigning archaeological theory. It was a convenient way of stamping the theory onto the structure in the absence of evidence to support it.
"The mercury may have symbolized an underworld river or lake, Gómez postulated, an idea that resonated with Annabeth Headreck, a professor at the University of Denver and the author of works on Teotihuacan and Mesoamerican art.
"The shimmering, reflective qualities of liquid mercury may have resembled “an underworld river, not that different from the river Styx,” Headrick said, “if only in the concept that it’s the entrance to the supernatural world and the entrance to the underworld.”
“'Mirrors were considered a way to look into the supernatural world, they were a way to divine what might happen in the future,' she said. 'It could be a sort of river, albeit a pretty spectacular one.'
"Joyce said that archaeologists know that scintillation fascinated the ancient people generally, and that the liquid mercury may have been regarded as 'somewhat magical … there for ritual purposes or symbolic purposes.'
"Headrick said that mercury was not the only object of fascination: 'a lot of ritual objects were made reflective with mica,' a sparkling mineral likely imported to the region."

"An unpublished find on the fifth level (of the Pyramid of the Sun) has never been adequately explained. While the Sun Pyramid was first being probed by Batres in 1906, an archeologist working with him reported a thick sheet of mica covering the top of the fifth body. This material was apparently carried away during the course of the restoration.Tompkins is clearly implying, though stopping just short of explicitly stating it, that maybe the unusual presence of mica had less to do with presumed ritual, religious, or superstitous beliefs, and more to do with some unknown machine-like or scientific purpose. Given the huge redundant encoding of the mathematics of tetrahedral structures discovered at Teotihuacan by the American Harleston (documented at some length in Tompkins' book), one can only surmise that whoever built Teotihuacan had a thorough and sophisticated knowledge not only of astronomy but of mathematical structures, and this raises, to my mind at least, the possibility that a machine-like hypothesis for the Teotihuacan structures should at least be considered. At the very lest, the presence of mercury and mica, with their potential uses in nuclear technologies, should give even an archaeologist pause.
"Coincidentally, a 'Temple of Mica' was also found to the south of the Sun Pyramid about 350 meters down the Way of the Dead, where the local guard will still let one peek through a glass panel at the floor covered with mica slabs. Mica has two outstanding characteristics: high electrical resistance and opaqueness to fast neutrons. Hence it acts as as insulator or nuclear reaction moderator, which raises the question as to why two separate areas of Teotihuacan were covered with mica."(p. 202, emphasis added)

The Space Scrapbook: German-US Cooperations Signs Agreement For "Dream Chaser" To Chase…Space Junk (That's Actually Satellites)
by Joseph P. Farrell
Well... while we've been on the subject of space news the past couple of days, here's yet another very strange one to ponder in the context of the past two days' blogs. There's a meme present in this article that we've encountered in last Sunday's blog, and again in yesterday's blog. Notably, here the meme is repeated in yet a third source, and one that is "all business", so to speak:
Sierra Nevada Corporation and the German Aerospace Center Announce New Dream Chaser® Program Cooperation
First, the deal appears straightforward enough:
Wrong.
The meme occurs in the interesting context of following two paragraphs:

Notably, here the meme is repeated in yet a third source, and one that is "all business", so to speak:
Sierra Nevada Corporation and the German Aerospace Center Announce New Dream Chaser® Program Cooperation
First, the deal appears straightforward enough:
"Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC’s) Space Systems and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) announce the signing of a new Dream Chaser® program cooperation during the U.S. German Aerospace Roundtable (UGART) at the 31st annual Space Symposium hosted by the Space Foundation in Colorado Springs, Colorado."Nothing unusual here other then the usual talk and agreements for international space cooperation, this time between the German government and an American company. Nothing to see hear, move along... right?
Wrong.
The meme occurs in the interesting context of following two paragraphs:
"The cooperation, which was entered into today, builds upon the successful one-year Dream Chaser technical agreement signed in 2013. The new agreement, which extends through 2017, will continue the valuable developmental work completed while identifying new and advanced technologies to pursue in order to further advance the crewed and uncrewed Dream Chaser spacecraft as a flexible low-Earth orbit (LEO) space transportation system for a variety of missions and customers. One of the cooperative activities completed this year was the Dream Chaser for European Utilization (DC4EU) study performed by SNC, OHB Systems AG (OHB) and DLR.Now, recall the original context from Sunday's blog where we first encountered this reference to "space junk," the Russians claimed that they have discovered a group of spy satellites disguised as "space debris" which, they said in an unusual choice of words, had a "state affiliation." As I wrote in Sunday's blog, the choice of words is, if anything, highly unusual. If they were the definite assets of a state, then why not simply say that? "These spy-satellites-cum-space-junk" belong to an unnamed nation." But no, they are "state affiliated." So what's the affiliation? corporate? religious? a political institution or "stateless" political party?
“'We are pleased to continue to work together with SNC as part of their Dream Chaser team,' said Prof. Jan Woerner, chairman of the executive board of DLR. 'We recognize the significant value of the Dream Chaser, especially for LEO and we look forward to working together for new applications. The versatility of the Dream Chaser – crewed or uncrewed - allows for multiple applications such as transportation of cargo and humans as well as direct use for activities such as removing space debris.'" (All emphases added)

The Space Weaponization Scrapbook: Boeing's Force Field Patent
by Joseph P. Farrell
Two days ago I blogged about the continued coverage of the asteroid threat meme, the plans to construct a Hyper Velocity Asteroid Impact Vehicle, and the increasing evidence that the affidavit of Dr. Carol Rosin - the von Braun-Rosian affidavit - is being corroborated. In that blog I pointed out that Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev, shortly before the Chelyabinsk meteor incident, had called for the construction of an asteroid defense system, one utilizing thermonuclear weapons and "other" systems, which was left unqualified.
We may, however, have some indicator of what some of those "other" systems may be, in this article, and patent shared by Mr. A.O.(and many others):
Boeing patents 'Star Wars'-style force fields
Method and system for shockwave attenuation via electromagnetic arc
You'll note that this patent is fairly recent, dated to last month of this year. And its appearance publicly is itself significant, for most nations, including the United States, have national security provisions for patents: those which are deemed significant to impact the national security of whatever state in which a patent is taken out, seldom appear publicly until the technology has been secretly perfected.
As the patent and article indicate, the method is to attenuate or weaken the shockwaves of impacts, not to deflect or disintegrate actual debris itself, a kind of "bug zapper" scaled up to enormous proportions. And that's the point: scale the method up, and one might have a means of deflecting, or at least mitigating, the effects of large impacts, from bombs, or - to let the imagination really run wild - asteroids.
And with that last high octane speculative possibility, we're chin to chin with Mr. Medvedev's "other" methods of asteroid defense possibilities. Significant too, I suspect, is the timing of Boeing's patent within the same time frame as the announcement of studies for the possibility of a hyper-velocity asteroid impact vehicle, and the announcement also of the ongoing plans to standardize procedures (and presumably equipment) in the NASA-Roscosmos American-Russian space cooperation.
Interesting too is the fact that such fields were being talked about since the days of Nikola Tesla, and intriguingly, there is documentation from World War Two - a document that American intelligence officers rated as "fantasy" at the time - of German prisoners recounting stories of such fields disintegrating one or two Allied bombers during tests under operational conditions. Fantasy? At that time, very probably. But the idea is there, and now, a patent is there.
And with enough covert money invested over a prolonged period of time, we are probably looking at the public face of much deeper, fantastic, capabilities.

The Rosin-Von Braun Affidavit a Step Closer?
I've referred to this "prediction" by the late Wehrner VonBraun who was the head of the Apollo Moon program for NASA until the first official moon landing in 1969. I have continued to put this out there for the simple reason that it's been totally accurate up to this point. And the finish of the prophecy, well, you have to read that for yourself....
by Joseph P. Farrell
This article is of great interest, because it is a bit of confirmation that the plan, as outlined by Dr. von Braun to Dr. Rosin during their period of mutual employment at Fairchild Industries, is going forward, more or less, on schedule.
For those of you who don't know what the Rosin-von Braun affidavit is, a bit of a review is in order. According to Dr. Rosin, during his final days, Dr. von Braun outlined to her a basic staged timetable of reasons that would be advanced for the weaponization of space. First, he said, the Communist-Soviet bloc would be the reason offered. Indeed, as events turned out, Ronald Reagan's famous Star Wars Strategic Defense Initiative program made public the USA's quest for anti-missile space-based defense systems since the 1950s. As many opined at the time however, basing x-ray and gamma-ray lasers in space might be construed as much as strategic offensive weaponry as defensive. Next, said von Braun, would be :"terrorists," after that, would come "nations of concern," such as Iran and North Korea. Indeed, again, the basic progress would seem to have been confirmed by 9/11 and the events following, and indeed, Iran is often cited as the reason for the American deployment of a missile defense system to Europe. Then, said von Braun, would come asteroids, and then finally, an extra-terrestrial threat.
As I've noted before, we seem to be entering the "asteroid phase" of the affidavit, as there are numerous television programs emphasizing the threat, and readers here will recall that Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev called for an asteroid defense system shortly before the Chelyabinsk meteor incident. Curiously, Medvedev also called for the use of nuclear and thermonuclear and "other" systems to blow up asteroids, leaving open the question of just what he meant by "other" weapons platforms.
Well, now it seems that a Danish company is working on a nuclear weapons delivery platform, at least according to the U.K.'s Daily Mail:
Real life Armageddon! Spacecraft carrying nuclear explosives could launch by the end of the decade to save Earth from asteroids
The article is crucial in several respects, not the least of which is in its reminder that the danger of asteroid impacts is very real. And that means, like it or not, that the necessity to develop weapons platforms that can deliver weapons of mass destruction to targets in deep space is also very real. The percentages may be small, perhaps even statistically improbable. But who wants to take the risk of not defending against them.

More Death Surrounding Missouri State Auditor Tom Sweich
Every now and then a story hits the news that's so bizarre but true that you feel like you are reading an Ian Fleming novel...now you know where the movies get their story ideas...
by Joseph P. Farrell
If you've been following the story of the mysterious bankster deaths, you'll recall that I recently blogged about the death of Missouri state auditor Tom Schweich, who, according to the official story, committed suicide over his distress that his Jewish ancestry might be "outed" by political opponents.
My own take on Mr. Schweich's untimely death was that he was "suicided," and not for his Jewish ancestry. Recall that Mr. Schweich had scheduled a formal press interview mere minutes before his suicide. This in my opinion, plus his position as a state auditor, means to my mind that Mr. Schweich may have had, and in all likelihood did have, access to anomalous financial data which he may have intended to expose. An individual in his position would have access to financial numbers both from the private sector and from the government sector - at both state and federal levels - that few would have.
Now, as if to fuel the fire of such speculations, there is another death, directed related to Mr. Schweich's:
Police: Auditor spokesman left note before apparent suicide
There is so much here that screams for attention one barely knows where to begin. But consider this statement, which would be humorous for its bald assertion counter to what rational inference would indicate, were it not for the sad circumstances surrounding it:
"On Monday, police confirmed that Jackson had shot himself in an apparent suicide — marking a second, stunning jolt to Missouri politics, though police declined to say whether the deaths were directly related." (Emphasis added)

Malaysia Air 370 And The Other Disappearing Flight in the Pacific: Flying Tiger Flight 739, 1962: Eleven Points of Convergence
If you checked some of the cases of disappeared folks back down a few posts by David Paulides, you will see the other "coincidence" between these missing flights and the missing people. That is nearly identical incidents happening in the same places by often decades apart. Strange stuff....
by Joseph P. Farrell
As most readers here know, I am fascinated with the problematical disappearance of Malaysia Air Flight 370, which disappeared for causes still unknown, last year, on March 8, 2014. As such events inevitably do, the disappearance has spawned a number of theories, most of them in the conspiracy-theory venue, and most of them crazy and unsastifactory, not the least of which is the craziest theory of them all, my own "it just went 'poof'" theory.
Well, a regular reader here, Mr. V.T., came across a bit of information which he emailed me, and this information caused me to go internet surfing for more information.
It seems that in 1962, another flight over the Pacific ocean went mysteriously missing, and the attempts to explain the disappearance have, to this day, been somewhat wanting. Here's the Wikipedia summary of the event:
Flying Tiger Line Flight 739
And another article:
Malaysia 370 is not the first: Flying Tigers 739 was
Now, you'll notice there are some very odd parallels of a rather detailed nature between the two flights and their disappearances:

Now, you'll notice there are some very odd parallels of a rather detailed nature between the two flights and their disappearances:
- Both flights disappeared during calm weather during routine flights;
- There was no communication from the flight crew or pilot indicating anything untoward or threatening nature prior to the disappearance; communications, in the main, appeared to be more or less normal;
- Both flights are alleged to have had a passenger manifest of people connected, in some way, to the military(in the case of Flight 370 in 2014, there are persistent stories that approximately 20 of the passengers were connected with an American semiconductor firm);
- In the case of both flights, a few witnesses on a ship reported seeing an explosion(and notably, in both cases, the explosion was "sited" after the flights' initial disappearance;
- Yet, in both cases, no debris was ever found incontestably belonging to either flight;
- Both flights disappeared in the month of March (flight 739 on March 14, 1962, and flight 370 on March 8, 2014, exactly 52 years and 6 days of each other);
- Both flights' disappearances spawned a number of conspiracy theories;
- Both flights' disappearances sparked enormous international air and sea searches, which failed to turn up any debris;
- Neither flights' disappearance has been adequately explained along conventional lines, for all attempts to do so have some flaw and are, in the final analysis, inadequate;
- Both flights disappeared in the Western Pacific.

March 3, 2015: US Military Satellite Explodes in a Strange Context
by Joseph P. Farrell
This one happened a couple of weeks ago, but in the context of some other stories, and rising tensions between the US and its satrapies, and the BRICSA bloc, especially Russia (and China), this story may be hugely important.
US military satellite explodes above Earth
Now, curiously, the Daily Telegraph is silent about exactly where the satellite was above the surface of the Earth when it had its sudden "heat spike," and that omission, to my mind, raises some red flags. Of course, sudden heat spikes in satellites, especially old ones, might occur if there was some sort of equipment malfunction, and for the moment, that is more or less what we're being carefully guided to believe. But then there was this article that was shared with me by a number of readers here:
New Chinese electromagnetic weapon may paralyze US air defense: expert
China achieves breakthrough in pulse weapons technology
Now, note that the date of the explosion of the satellite was March 3, and that the dates of the articles concerning China's x-ray pulse weapon were Feb 14th and Feb 4th respectively. Now, set that aside for the moment, and ponder this article:
Britain cites option of cutting Russia from SWIFT banking
(I guess we now know who's really calling the shots at SWIFT).
And finally, this:
ECB Warns UK: Excluding Russia From SWIFT "Could Undermine Confidence In The Whole System"
Those last two articles were dated Feb 25thm and 26th respectively.
Let us also recall, in this context, Mr. Xi Jinping's recent statements that China backs Russia solidly in its position on the Ukraine crisis. Now add it all up, and an intriguing, and to my mind highly suggestive, sequence of events emerges:

- On March 3, 2015, an obsolescent US military weather satellite mysteriously "heats up" and then explodes.

The Mind Control Scrapbook: Russia's Psychotronic Weapons to Become Part of it's Arsenal?
by Joseph P. Farrell
To be honest, I find this story so disturbing that I don't quite know how to blog about it. I came upon this version of it at the Russian "GlobalResearch" website:
Psychotronic and Electromagnetic Weapons: Remote Control of the Human Nervous System
There's several things to note here. First, is the implication that the (supposedly) defunct and (supposedly) retired HAARP ionospheric heater has mind control applications:
But there's something else, and I'm sure the reader caught it, and that is the first statement which I boldfaced and italicized, namely, that one Mr. Lopatin visited the USA in 1999 in his capacity as "a chairman of the Military Reofmr Subcommittee of the USSR Supreme Soviet Committee for Issues of Defense and State Security."
Say what? 1999?!? Supreme Soviet Committee for Issues of Defense and State Security of the USSR, the good ole Sovietsky Soyuz Socialistichestkik Respublik? But wait a minute... Wasn't that formally disbanded? Didn't it collapse in 1991? What happened? Did someone forget to put in an order for new official stationary? Or...?

Psychotronic and Electromagnetic Weapons: Remote Control of the Human Nervous System
There's several things to note here. First, is the implication that the (supposedly) defunct and (supposedly) retired HAARP ionospheric heater has mind control applications:
"Anyway, in the past Russians were not resolved to put those means to work. When the construction of the American system HAARP was launched, with the system supposedly being able to target large regions of the planet by vibrating the ionosphere in brain frequencies (in this experiment the brain frequencies were not used, but the HAARP system can transmit in brain frequencies as well), Russia declared its willingness to ban mind control technologies. The Russian State Duma and consequently , the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Union of Independent States addressed the United Nations, OBSE and the European Council with a proposal for an international convention banning the development and use of informational weapons. According to the Russian newspaper Segodnya in March 1998, the matter was discussed with U.N. secretary general Kofi Anan, and included on the agenda of the General Assembly of the U.N. web.iol,cz, op cit "The problem, as the article suggests, is that it is allegedly possible through electromagnetic modulation to remotely hypnotize individuals, a technique which couple with the regional broadcasting capabilities of the ionospheric heater, could turn it into an awesome mind control weapon of truly strategic applications, a problem first broached by Dr. Nick Begich:
"Dr. Robert Becker, who was twice nominated for Nobel Prize for his share in the discovery of the effects of pulsed fields at the healing of broken bones, wrote in his book “Body Electric” about the experiment from 1974 by J. F. Schapitz, released due to the Freedom of Information Act request. There is even, if one reads closely, the subtlest suggestion that perhaps some of the Ukrainian crisis might have to do with such technologies:
"J.F. Schapitz stated:
“In this investigation it will be shown that the spoken word of hypnotist may also be conveyed by modulated electromagnetic energy directly into the subconscious parts of the human brain – i. e. without employing any technical devices for receiving or transcoding the messages and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously.”"In one of the four experiments subjects were given a test of hundred questions, ranging from easy to technical ones. Later, not knowing they were being irradiated, they would be subjected to information beams suggesting the answers to the questions they had left blank, amnesia for some of their correct answers, and memory falsification for other correct answers."(emphasis added)
"After the putsch, the vice president of the League of Independent Scientists of the USSR, Victor Sedlecki, published a declaration in the Russian daily Komsomolskaya Pravda where he stated:Then comes the most significant part of the article, namely, the allusion to the possibility that the Russian government took the decision, shortly after Mr. Putin's assumption of power, to openly incorporate such weapons into its strategic and tactical arsenals:
'As an expert and a legal entity I declare that mass production … of psychotronic biogenerators was launched in Kiev (this is indeed a very serious issue). I cannot assert for sure that that were exactly Kiev generators that were used during the putsch… However, the fact that they were used is obvious to me. What are psychotronic generators? It is an electronic equipment producing the effect of guided control in human organism. It especially affects the left and right hemisphere of the cortex. This is also the technology of the U.S. Project Zombie 5“. He further stated that due to the inexperience of the personnel who operated them the attempt to use the generators failed.'
"Vladimir Lopatin visited the USA in 1999 as a chairman of the Military Reform Subcommittee of the USSR Supreme Soviet Committee for Issues of Defense and State Security and met with Richard Cheney. At that time he was described as the “leader of a new breed of Soviet dissidents”. Then he disappeared from top ranks of Russian politicians. Now, the obvious implication of the second italicized statement is that the decision was taken in Russia, following American refusals to discuss or negotiate on the subject of electromagnetic and mind control weapons, to integrate such weapons capabilities within the Russian arsenal. For the followers of this story, this is not really news. I have written about such capabilities with respect to ancient architecture and engineering - summarizing the work of German engineer Dr. Konstantin Meyl - in my book Babylon's Banksters. And former Lt. Col. (U.S. Army, Ret.) Tom Bearden has been documenting and warning of the dangers of these types of weapons since the 1970s. In my book Genes, Giants, Monsters, and Men I pointed out the existence of merely one patent for mental and emotional manipulation through remote electromagnetic means. And it is but one of many. FInally, there is within the assassination-conspiracy literature surrounding not only the JFK assassination but, more importantly, the RFK assassination, a set of facts that would indicate that some sort of mind control technology was in play, not only with Jack Ruby's assassination of Oswald, but with Sirhan Sirhan. What we are being warned about, in other words, is a coming "mind control" warfare, using not just "soft" forms of neural linguistic programming and propaganda, but the "hard forms" of actual electromagnetic bombardment.
"Why has this research remained classified until present time? There are two explanations for this: First there is a secret arms race in progress in the world where the superpowers compete to gain decisive supremacy in this area and in this way master the control of the whole world. Second the governments keep those technologies in store for the case that they would not be able to control, by democratic means, the crisis that may arise as a result of their poor decisions. In both cases the era of democracy and human freedom in history will come to an end. According to the declaration of the former Russian Defense minister Serdjukov, there are maximally eight years left within which those weapons will officially become a part of the Russian military arsenal. For democracy this would mean a beginning of the end." (Emphasis added)
CERN Physicist Amit Goswami: We Have No Idea What We're Doing…
If you check physics articles on occasion you may have noticed that major names in the field of scientists have radically differing ideas about what's going on...even about what constitutes reality. Now one of the founders of CERN admits that they don't know what they are doing. Reality is rarely what we read in the news...
by Joseph P. Farrell
Now, this one was shared by a lot of you who, like me, have been following the developments at CERN's large hadron collider in Geneva with a bit of a jaundiced eye. First we had the sort-of announcement of the discovery of the so-called "god particle," the Higgs boson, allegedly the particle in the quantum pantheon for imparting mass to everything else. I say "pantheon" here because it strikes me as extremely odd and curious that physics seems somehow trapped in the old this-god-does-that-function paradigm: we have gods of "wisdom, fertility, and (pick a function)" and this particle-does-mass and that particle does that... and spin moments, and directionality, and quarks and "colors,"...
I'm reminded a bit of the old nominalist-versus-realist debates of the late Middle Ages. But anyway, back to the Higgs. Then the discovery was sort-of retracted, then sort-of confirmed. Then we even heard, briefly, of some sort of "discovery" of something with "superluminal" velocities, but no, that's impossible because Pope Einstein said so. Then we had the stories coming out of how some physicists were actually toying with the idea of recasting their equations entirely without the notion of dimensionality, allegedly, so the story would seem, because of the High Weirdness they're finding when they crank up their alchemical machine at Geneva. When I heard that one I had to do a double-take, for the idea of modern mathematical physics without dimensionality in the equations would seem to throw the whole last 200 years of physics into a cocked hat. Maxwell, of course, had his quaternions with its scalar potentials, but even he had to get around to dimensionality at some point. Einstein's general relativity is a highly dimensional theory, as are the various early 20th century stabs at unified field theories from Kaluza-Klein to Vaclav Hlavaty and on down even to modern string and m-theory. It's as if they are suggesting that the whole of mathematical physics be recast as a theory of Nothing with lots and lots of scalars and zero-sum vectors (or are those the same thing? One can imagine David Bohm asking such a question).
Then along comes Indian theoretical physicist Amit Goswami, who, fed up with the underlying Cartesian-materialist-epiphenomenalism of it all, just bluntly proposes in Leibnizian fashion that consciousness - that's right, immaterial, incorporeal, metaphysical consciousness, Mind itself, as it were - is the underlying bedrock of physics, and not a bunch of particles emerging from an endless Dirac sea of ...well... nothing once again. Needless to say, his views are controversial.
Well, now Dr. Goswami has joined Stephen Hawking in warning about CERN's Large Hadron collider, fearing that at some point, something catastrophic might happen. In fact, he goes further, in this article, by saying "We (physicists) have no ******* idea what we're doing:"
“We Honestly Have No ******* Idea What We’re Doing”, Admits Leading Quantum Physicist
Now, in case you missed the salient points, here they are once again:

The Black Knight Satellite Stages a Comeback - But Why Now?
Many believed the "Black Knight" polar orbiting satellite to have been an invention of the transplanted Nazis in South America after WWII. Others like to take the alien claim. Still others talk of a breakaway civilization. a small, wealthy group within the human race who have possession of such advanced technology that when we encounter it, we think we are seeing something supernatural or otherworldly. What's the truth? You decide...
by Joseph P. Farrell
I have to admit, when many of you sent me this story, I was intrigued, because the whole subject of the Black Knight satellite is one of those stories that does not get much attention, but whose significance, if true, is baffling indeed. For those who don't know this bit of contemporary mythology, a brief "bring-me-up-to-speed" might be in order.
During the 1950s, as the space race between the USSR and USA was heating up, a mythology began to appear: there was, it was alleged, an object - some versions of the story put it at an approximate weight of fifteen tons, well beyond the publicly known launch capabilities either of the Soviet Union or the United States - was in polar orbit around planet Earth. This object was clearly artificial, and moreover, there were two problems: (1) fifteen tons well exceeded the launch capabilities of either the USSR(which at that time clearly led the USA in public and visible space technologies), and (2) the object was in a polar orbit, which exceeded the technological capabilities of either nation to achieve. Indeed, at its first discovery, the object exceeded the launch capabilities of either nation to put into any kind of orbit, much less a polar one. This, of course, presented a conundrum, for if the story was true, then this left but two real possibilities: someone else from or on Earth had launched it (leaving the questions of who, when, and how hovering disturbingly over the story), or the object was not from Earth at all. Either way, one had a "hidden player" on the space scene. Dubbed "The Black Knight" satellite, the story became part of the fringe lore of the space age, informing to some extent the science fiction work of well-known and engaging sci-fi author Philip K. Dick. Then the story more or less faded, kept alive on the edges of the science fiction and space-age "alternative research" communities, but by and large forgotten even to many of them.
Until now, when, curiously, the story has made something of a come-back, prompting once again the question "why now"?
Black Knight Satellite Interest Mysteriously Increasing
As this article makes clear, there is a mystery here, and it won't go away:
The Black Knight Satellite, Bracewell Probes, and Philip K. Dick

Is this the Black Knight satellite, or simply a large Stealth aircraft flying in low-space orbit? |
During the 1950s, as the space race between the USSR and USA was heating up, a mythology began to appear: there was, it was alleged, an object - some versions of the story put it at an approximate weight of fifteen tons, well beyond the publicly known launch capabilities either of the Soviet Union or the United States - was in polar orbit around planet Earth. Until now, when, curiously, the story has made something of a come-back, prompting once again the question "why now"?
Black Knight Satellite Interest Mysteriously Increasing
As this article makes clear, there is a mystery here, and it won't go away:
"In 1899, Nikola Tesla picked up unusual signals from an unknown source on his high-voltage receiver in Colorado Springs which he speculated were “intelligently controlled signals” that originated “from another world.” Astronomers have reported picking up similar radio signals since the 1930s and Dr. Lincoln La Paz of the University of New Mexico sighted the possible source in Earth orbit in1953. The U.S. Department of Defense commissioned astronomer Clyde Tombaugh to look for it. A famous article about the Black Knight was published in both the St. Louis Dispatch and The San Francisco Examiner on May 14th 1954. At that time, there were no man-made objects in Earth orbit … that we know of.
"That changed in 1957 when the USSR launched Sputnik 1. It was reported that an object believed to be the Black Knight Satellite was “shadowing” Sputnik 1. When Sputnik 2 was launched a month later, Dr. Luis Corralos of the Communications Ministry in Venezuela photographed it again shadowing the satellite. In 1960, a Grumman Aircraft Corporation tracking camera took a picture of it but the company kept its findings secret. In 1963, U.S. astronaut Gordon Cooper reported seeing a UFO like the Black Knight in front of his capsule. A photo taken during a space shuttle mission in 1998 (seen in the videos) shows an object many believe is the Black Knight and a 2014 video feed from the ISS shows a similar object."And there's more curiosity about the object, including its strange association to sci-fi author Philip K. Dick:
The Black Knight Satellite, Bracewell Probes, and Philip K. Dick
As the second article makes even more clear, there was an abundance of strange stuff associated with the satellite:
"On September 3, 1960, a camera at the Grumman Aircraft Corp. Long Island factory managed to capture an image of the object. It was said to be a redish-pink glowing object moving in an east-to-west orbit, which is, apparently, the opposite of most other man-made satellites, and which doesn’t fit the polar orbit reported by Time. Subsequent to this, astronaut Gordon Cooper Jr. allegedly caught a first-hand glimpse of the object during his 22-orbit Mercury-Atlas 9 flight, which was the final of the Mercury Program missions. Cooper claimed that it was an object much larger than any other man-made satellite of the time, and that it glowed a neon green.
"Cooper, who passed away in 2004, had long been sympathetic to the UFOlogy movement and had been vocal about not only the reality of extraterrestrial life, but also the idea that the US government had been and continues to be complicit in a cover-up of contact with such.
"Then in 1998, during NASA mission STS-88 to the ISS, flown by the Space Shuttle Endeavour, images were captured of an unidentified object in orbit; an object that a great many people believe is the ever elusive Black Knight satellite.
"Following Time’s publication, John Keel detailed the discovery in his book Disneyland of the Gods (1988), wherein he noted that around the same time that Dark Fence detected this mysterious object, ground based HAM operators were reporting having received strange radio signals. According to Keel, one such HAM operator received and decoded a signal and claimed that the message corresponded to a star chart, plotted from Earth 13,000 years ago, and focused on a star system called Epsilon Boötis…and this is where things get really interesting."What is to be noted here is that both Venezuelan and American scientists (and one can only presume, the Russians as well), took photographs of the satellite, which are to this day been kept secret, or at least, never surfaced.
But there's more, and it's here our own high octane speculations enter the picture. Consider the end of the second article:
"Here’s the thing about all of this. The above may seem like a lot of conjecture and supposition, and perhaps some of it is – surely it’s a stretch to say that Philip K. Dick was a harbinger of tidings from an alien species using a Bracewell probe – but many of the facts are confirmed. Black Knight does seem to exist, and while noting that certain governments do have a penchant for secret technology and clandestine operations, its origin and purpose seems to defy explanation. If we are able to accept the stories and theories held therein, and the, at times tenuous, connections between them, can we accept that there’s a 13,000 year old alien probe orbiting our planet, sending literary inspiration to select people via the gold necklaces of attractive delivery people?"

Elon Musk, And the Race to Control the Race for Mars (And Insure It)…

.,. and while we're on the subject of space commericalization, "space Bilderbergers," astronauts and cosmonauts in Jedi Knights costumery, Death Stars, and Mars, ponder this article that was shared by Mr. S.D. carefully:
Interesting Plausibility that Elon Musk Could Become a Trillionaire with a City on Mars by 2040
Mr. Musk clearly wants to be on Mars, permanently, and soon. But I hope you caught something that caught my eye when I read this article, and weren't distracted by diagrams of big rocket boosters, stories of reusable boosters, building and testing craft for the journey to Mars, and so on. What really caught my eye was one rather short little statement:
But there is, in my high octane speculative opinion, and even more intriguing implication in the above statement, and that is the fact that Fidelity is a major stakeholder in Musk's space enterprises. Fidelity is, of course, one of America's and the world's largest investment firms; mutual funds, financial management, retirement investments, and so on, are its stock in trade.
But so is something else: insurance, which is to say, risk reduction. This is a clear sign, in other words, that we are looking at the commercialization of space right now, for real, and in addition to this, we're looking at the standard Veneto-Western model of investment and risk management at work: the bankrollers and insurers get together to fund a risky project: the funding of a few galleys to go trade for some spices in the risky waters of the eastern Mediterranean, for a stake in the profits of what's brought back, but should the whole thing run afoul of solar storms or intergalactic Saracens, there's always the insurance to fall back on...
And that too, raises its own problematic implications. Insurance companies have to be large enough to insure such a venture. A one trillion dollar policy, in case something goes wrong, implies a financial system with hidden financial resources far beyond what has been publicly disclosed (and that brings us right back to one of my favorite hypotheses, namely, that such a system has secretly been in place at least since 1947, if not shortly before). And underwriting policies for something this risky implies yet something else: actuarial tables. How would one go about compiling the actuarial tables for such a venture. Large and powerful insurance firms like Lloyds or Fidelity obvious have the wherewithal to hire the mathematicians to compile and model such things, but ultimately, actuarial tables are compiled from a long history of actual results and tested against them.
So the question becomes, where did that putative historical database come from...? And with that, we're back at Google, and the NSA... It does make one wonder....

What really caught my eye was one rather short little statement:
"Elon Musk and his new investors (Google and Fidelity) were planning to create a lower altitude network of thousands of satellites for high speed internet service. The plan is to create a global internet service that could help fund the city on Mars. Spacex satellite network would have up to 4000 smaller mass produced satellites that would fly at about 700 kilometers for faster response and communication speeds."Now, doing a little dot-connecting here, this means that Google, with all its ties to the NSA, and Fidelity, are major stakeholders in Mr Musk's space enterprises, and therefore, major stakeholders in his Mars ambitions. And thus, an implication (and some of our trademark high octane speculation) immediately follows. Assume, for a moment, that Mr. Musk and his corporation are successful in getting to Mars, and establishing a permanent human colony there. What will they find or discover? Answer: we probably won't be told, other than in very vague terms, for two very simple reasons: (1) it will become somehow a proprietary secret of the corporation, and (2) because of the NSA's indirect involvement via Google, for "national security" reasons. Corporate and government security is a pretty thick veil to pierce.
But there is, in my high octane speculative opinion, and even more intriguing implication in the above statement, and that is the fact that Fidelity is a major stakeholder in Musk's space enterprises. Things That Make You Go Hmmm…: NASA’S New Space Station Poster
by Joseph P. Farrell
Now, normally I don't bother people with reading tea leaves of this sort, but today, I have to, because this one is so strange, and appears within days of other strange space news, that one begins to wonder. The tea leaves in question, which remain to be read, were sent by so many of you it isn't funny. It's safe to say, that this little story merited some of the highest numbers of people sending it to me as an article as I've seen in the nearly six years, now, since Daniel and I upgraded this website. The tea leaves in question are NASA's new space station mission poster, and this one, it seems, is either an exercise in deliberate humor, or messages are being sent, or perhaps, a bit of both. Here's the article:
Next Space Station mission actually full of Jedi
Now, as one Mr. K.C. noticed, the composition of this poster has a particular allusion to a well-known Renaissance painting, the School of Athens:

Putting such a composition into the picture where the astronauts and cosmonauts are dressed like the Jedi knights from Star Wars does suggest not only a cosmic conflict, but a cosmological one, with Plato, of course, emphasizing the incorporal universals, and Aristotle the material, corporeal particulars. Interesting, too, this, in the context of Jedi knights and "the Force," George Lucas' thinly disguised version of the Egyptian Ma'at, able to do duty(some would argue) in both poles of the Plato-Aristotle dialectic. So what's the message - if any - here? We've found something cosmologically significant, and it's in space, and humanity gets to play interplanetary space policemen, the visible manifestation of Ma'at in the local celestial neighborhod, enforcing order?
Well, in the light of yesterday's blog about Mr. Medvedev's curious television remarks, one wonders.... indeed, why do we need interplanetary policemen at all? Oh yea... they're nice to have around if you're busily promoting space commercialization... which might invite thieves, robbers, and pirates, in which case, who are the thieves, robbers, and pirates?...and we're back to square one.
But then there's the poster itself, which, when I saw it, raised my eyebrows even more, and most of the people that sent me the article, noticed the same things as well... First, theres the elements of the poster: (1) the astronauts/cosmonauts, (2) dressed as Jedi knights with light sabers, (3) a launching Russian booster, (4) which happens to be launching right next to an image of the Star Wars "Death star," (5) Planet Earth, (6) on the left side, upper left corner, some sort of spacecraft, which looks like an orbital telescope, (7) at the top, the international space station itself, and beneath that, a picture of the Planet Mars.
Now, so far, there are three prominent war/conflict references going on: the cosmonaut-Jedis, the Death Star, and the Planet Mars. Then there's the little blue deltoid logo in the center... the "patch" one may assume, with its own allusions to Mars...
Now, as if this isn't enough for our high octane speculations (don't forget yesterday's little replay of Medvedev), we now have this:
Obama adviser John Podesta's biggest regret: Keeping America in dark about UFOs
It is interesting that when President Bill Clinton assumed office, one of the first things he did was to order his confidant Webster Hubble to look into the UFO issue (and Area 51 as well), and that now, Podesta, with his UFO interest, is working in Hillary's presidential campaign.
So what's going on? We'll, here's my high octane speculation of the day... (It's so high octane that it's not safe to drive with this stuff in the tank): behind and above all the geopolitical wrangles on Earth, something else is going on concerning space, particularly when you look at who the two biggest contestants in the planetary geopolitical dance are: Russia, and the USA. Russia has been giving some rather interesting demonstrations lately, think of the USS Donald Cook, or more recently of the Ukrainian missile that "broke up" in flight, ostensibly due to a malfunction of an old part. Then again, Mr. Rogozin of Russia's space and military air defense also made recent remarks to the effect that Russia knew how to penetrate America's missile defences. And of course, there's the Ukraine. But behind all of this is a NASA poster with Soyuz space capsule blasting off on a Russian booster, with astronauts and cosmonauts wearing Jedi knight costumes, flying past the Death Star, with Mars in the background, and Mr. Medvedev wants the US to talk about ETs, or "we will," and Mr. Podesta regrets no disclosing (or is that really not being able to find the UFO secrets to disclose?)... Any way one slices it, there appears to be a deep story in the background here... and the story concerns "them"... Funny too, that Mr. Medvedev would urge the USA to make disclosure at a time when its moral stock, and worldwide opinion of its trustworthiness is so low, while Mr. Putin's, correspondingly, is rather higher...

Medvedev to USA: Time To Talk About Aliens, Or We Will…
by Joseph P. Farrell
As if the news couldn't possibly become any stranger this week, I was sent this article, and my first reaction was "You're kidding, right?" Well, that's still my reaction, and hence, today's high octane speculation comes with a warning label: "Warning, take this one not with just a grain of salt, but a whole bag of it."
So here we go:
Russia Orders Obama: TELL THE WORLD ABOUT ALIENS, Or We Will
Now, regular readers here know that I'm nowhere close to the "disclosure" mania that infects the UFOlogy world with its very own special version of rapture prediction. But, what is very telling in this case is that Dmitri Medvedev, Prime Minister, and at one time, President of Russia, is calmly telling the reporter(if you go to the first video linked in the article), that, yes, the Russian President is briefed on two things (1) the nuclear "football" with which he will launch Russian nuclear missiles in case of a general war, and (2) the presence of aliens and the special Russian security service (Men in Black, believe it or not) designed to trace them.
Now, beyond the possibility that this is just a bit of propaganda fun, let's assume for the sake of argument that Mr. Medvedev is telling the truth. (After all, he certainly appears to be saying all of this with a straight face, though the reporter interviewing him seems mildly amused at certain points). When one makes the assumption that he is telling the truth and being sincere, a rather astonishing set of problems emerges. The first is one that UFOlogists in the USA will(perhaps) recognize, and that is that the Russian state has apparently been able to retain control over its UFO-alien monitoring activities, whereas, if one believes a certain strain of the lore in the USA(helped along by the so-called Cooper-Cantwheel Majestic 12 documents), control of the "secret" was lost by the government to shadowy corporate-military groups under Nixon. This shadowy Russian security agency is known to the Russians as "the Men In Black," and has nothing to do with the silly American movies with Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, but refers to an apparently well known Russian documentary by that titlle (the second video linked in the above article, and more or less a typical "they're here and they mean us well and the government knows all about it", but in Russian, of course).
What the article goes on to point out is that Medvedev's remarks were dismissed as being a kind of elaborate joke, based on the confusing reference to "Men in Black":

What the article goes on to point out is that Medvedev's remarks were dismissed as being a kind of elaborate joke, based on the confusing reference to "Men in Black":
"Western news sources reporting on Medvedev’s shocking reply about aliens stated that he was “joking” as he mentioned the movie Men In Black, which they wrongly assumed was a reference to the 1997 American sci-fi adventure comedy about two top secret agents battling aliens in the US.
"Medvedev, however, wasn’t referring to the American movie but was, instead, talking about the famous Russian movie documentary Men In Black which details many UFO and alien anomalies.
Where Western news sources quoted Medvedev as saying “More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called ‘Men In Black,’” his actual answer was, “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.”
"The reason(s) for Western propaganda news outlets deliberately distorting Medvedev’s words become apparent after his shocking statement, and as evidenced in just one example of their so called reporting on this disclosure of alien life already being on our planet where the title of one such article was “Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev makes a crack about aliens, and conspiracists promptly lose their minds.”
Again, without getting into all the wrangle concerning American UFO lore about secret meetings between Eisenhower and ETs (about which, as my book readers know, I have profound misgivings), it again seems clear that Medevedev was perhaps not joking at all. And if the article is to be believed, Russia is pressuring the West to "come clean" on the issue, and, reading between the lines a bit, the West is balking.
Let's assume, again for the sake of argument, that the article's assertions are true, specifically, that (1) there is a secret Russian security department tasked with monitoring the presence, and presumable whereabout, of "ETs" among us, and (2) that it is pressuring the West to make some sort of disclosure of this fact. What would be the corroborative indicators that this might be so?
As the article points out, the Vatican has made a number of curious announcements in recent years about its position toward ETs, namely, that baptizing them would clearly be acceptable. Even the Pope himself, you'll recall, alluded to this in a homily last year. Such announcements might and indeed could plausibly be taken as a corroborative indicator. But what about the assertion that Russia monitors the "ET" population - apparently quite sizeable according to Mr. Medvedev - via a security service? What might be the indicator one would look for in such an instance?

Plan to Sequence the Genome of Millions Gets Boost from Obama Administration - Are They Looking for Descendants of the Nephilim?
I'll let the article flesh out the speculation, but the altered headline says it quite nicely...
by Joseph P. Farrell
The article concerns recent decisions of the Obama administration to fund a massive human genome sequencing project to gather DNA samples from millions of people, and then to archive these in a database:
U.S. to Develop DNA Study of One Million People An Obama initiative seeks to channel a torrent of gene information into treatments for cancer, other diseases.
The aim here, ostensibly, is to develop a new paradigm of medicine, one that abandons the current paradigm of "one size fits all," and that taylors new genetically-based therapies directly to the individual:

The article concerns recent decisions of the Obama administration to fund a massive human genome sequencing project to gather DNA samples from millions of people, and then to archive these in a database:
U.S. to Develop DNA Study of One Million People An Obama initiative seeks to channel a torrent of gene information into treatments for cancer, other diseases.
The aim here, ostensibly, is to develop a new paradigm of medicine, one that abandons the current paradigm of "one size fits all," and that taylors new genetically-based therapies directly to the individual:
"Precision medicine refers to treatments tailored to a person’s genetic profile, an idea already transforming how doctors fight cancer and some rare diseases. As we've pointed out here many times, the new medical technologies - from genetically based therapies to nanotechnologies - do have the potential to change the basic paradigm of medicine very dramatically. But the technology has another implication, one hinted at the very end of the article:
"The Obama plan, including support for studies of cancer and rare disease, is part of a shift away from “one-size-fits-all” medicine, Jo Handelsman, associate director for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, said in a briefing yesterday. She called precision medicine “a game changer that holds the potential to revolutionize how we approach health in this country and around the world.”
"The White House said the largest part of the money, $130 million, would go to the National Institutes of Health in order to create a population-scale study of how peoples’ genes, environment, and lifestyle affect their health."(Emphasis added)
"David Goldstein, director of a new institute for genome medicine at Columbia University, called the Obama plan part of an irreversible drive toward obtaining more and more complete genetic information on people as part of routine medicine. 'The writing is on the wall,' Goldstein said. 'We are all going to be sequenced; the question is just who does it and what is done with it. The challenge will be to do good things with the data.'” (Emphasis added)Indeed, again, note the push here: We are all going to be sequenced. There is no debate, no ifs ands or buts. In the light of our blog about the chipping being done in Sweden at a Swedish firm, the portent and implications here are obvious: imagine those chips being made to interact on an individual basis. Or worse: Imagine one's genetic date being used not to create individual-specific or individually-target therapies, but rather, as Goldstein hints, being used to create a kind of "genetic bullet" specific to one individual, or even a particular family, targetable perhaps to "x" members of the wider family. But then there occurs this intriguing bit of commentary:
"Officials indicated that patients might have more access to data generated about them than is usually the case in research studies. That is partly because scientists will need the ability to re-contact them, should their genes prove interesting." (Emphases added)"Interesting" is a word that can do all sorts of duty in this context, and I suspect, in my high-octane speculation of the day, that my old intuition that I've long held with respect to genetics research is true, namely, that under the cloak and cover of "genetic research" for "medicinal purposes", or even under the guise of covert genetic research for "bio-weapons research purposes", something very different may ultimately lie at the core of the elite's push to gather a large human DNA database. That something would be, via the techniques of mapping humanity's genetic history, the elites are looking for something, for the confirmations - if any - of those old stories of the gods coming down from heaven and siring chimerical human offspring, and perhaps even looking for confirmation of their own families' ties to those stories. To fill in those stories with any sort of reliable genetic confirmation would have to drastically expand the database on which current genetic histories of humanity's various haplogroups are reconstructed. Those studies have been based on narrow samplings of populations around the world. But add millions of samples from around the world, and those histories could not only be expanded, but given a great deal of detail. If this speculation is anywhere close to the truth (and it's a mighty big if), then one should expect that similar studies of miilions of people will be undertaken, not just in the USA, but around the world. If, suddenly, say, the Japanese government decides to do the same with millions of Japanese, and Indonesia and India and Russia the same, then, perhaps, we'll have a little more of an indicator that the high octane speculation might actually be the case.

Cold Fusion Race Heating Up?
by Joseph P. Farrell
Here's one that is happening almost as fast as the predictions that it would happen.
The Cold Fusion Race Just Heated Up
Now there's a hugely important point to notice in this article, and that is that the Russians have apparently successfully duplicated Dr. Andrea Rossi's cold fusion E-CAT reactor, and though the results are more modest than his claims, nonetheless with significant results. Referencing the report of the Universities of Uppsala and Bologna last year, and their conclusion that Rossi's device is indeed producing low energy nuclear reactions, the so-called Lugano Report, about which we blogged last year, and about which there has been considerable controversy, the article notes,
Even more curious in this article is its mention of yet another strange conspiracy theory in connection to cold fusion:
Whether true or not (and I am strongly inclined to believe it isn't) the rumor nevertheless suggests - when added to the Rockefeller announcement of last year, and the emerging strange pattern of space-and-alternative-energy technology stories that seem to be on the uptake - that one thing that we are perhaps looking at is a new geopolitical game emerging, one involving space, its commercialization, and technologies that are, for the moment, and in the public venue at least, still the stuff of science fiction. But I strongly suspect, like the article itself indicates, that we're going to see not only more E-CAT stories this year, but also that we will see that pattern dramatically expand. When and if if does, we'll have more dots to connect.

Referencing the report of the Universities of Uppsala and Bologna last year, and their conclusion that Rossi's device is indeed producing low energy nuclear reactions, the so-called Lugano Report, about which we blogged last year, and about which there has been considerable controversy, the article notes,
"The report was promptly savaged by sceptics, pointing out that Rossi was present for the test and questioning how independent it was. Steven B. Krivit, editor of New Energy Times, headlined his account "Rossi Handles Samples in Alleged Independent Test of His Device".In other words, the Russians are in the cold fusion game and in a major way, and given the context of this week's "space focus" in our blogs, this again provides an interesting context on just what appears to be going on. The pattern we have seen in the past few months of last year, and continuing into this year and perhaps - depending on one's perceptions - even intensifying, is (1) there seems to be a push underway to give attention to stories involving space, and in particular revelations or talk of some cutting edge technology in that respect, and (2) there is also, at the same time, a push underway to give attention to stories involving alternative energy technologies, in this case, Rossi's E-CAT cold fusion reactor (or, let us recall, Lockheed-Martin's curious cold-fusion story that was disclosed mere days after the release of the Lugano Report, a story that, you'll recall, pictured a device looking suspiciously like Philo Farnsworth's plasmator and fusor patents of the 1960s). In the context of the second aspect of this pattern, you'll recall that last year also saw the announcement that the Rockefeller Foundations were divesting themselves of petroleum securities in their portfolios.
"The arguments about the Lugano Report continue, meanwhile there has been an even more surprising development. Prof Alexander Parkhomov of Lomonosov Moscow State University has published a paper describing his successful replication of the E-Cat, based on the available information about it. The paper is in Russian; there is a link and commentary and video in English on E-Cat World. Parkhomov's results are more modest, but the energy output of his cloned E-Cat claimed to be up to 2.74 times as great as the input.
"Parkhomov presented his results earlier this week at a cold fusion seminar at the Research Institute for Nuclear Power Plant Operation in Moscow."
Even more curious in this article is its mention of yet another strange conspiracy theory in connection to cold fusion:
"None of this is likely to bother sceptics in the global energy market, though there are signs of panic among conspiracy theorists. Russian media has repeated a rumour that President Obama discussed Chinese E-Cat production under licence with Xi Jinping in his recent visit, a move that might destroy Russia's vital energy exports." (Emphasis added)Given the rather close connection between "Russian media" and the Russian government itself, one wonders just how reliable the rumor is. But let's assume, for the sake of argument, that the rumor is true. President Obama would not be in any position to offer a license to Xi Jinping or the Chinese government for the E-Cat process. It is not his process to offer, and, as the article indicates, Parkhamov's process is already open. So what might the truth, if any, be behind the rumor? Again, for the sake of argument, for Obama to offer any such thing to the Chinese would, on the face of it, make no geopolitical sense, since his administration is "pivoting to the Pacific" precisely to counteract growing Chinese power and influence in the region. But again, assume for the sake of argument that the rumor is true and that he made some sort of cold fusion offer to the Chinese government. He could only offer what the USA has some degree of control over, and that brings to mind once again the Lockheed-Martin cold fusion claims that appeared shortly after the Lugano Report's release.
