Good video here from Chris White. I myself struggled with sleep paralysis for many years. I praise God for being delivered form the nightmare of the paralysis that would leave me somewhere in between waking and sleeping, with the sound of blood rushing in my ears, praying for deliverance from whatever was causing the great physical and mental pressure.
