I've left the link below for a partial list of patents related to this field, going as far back as 1920. I never ceased to be amazed at how many people don't even believe this happens daily, therefore missing the deeper question we should all be asking. Why? Why is this so important that governments all over the world work together to implement this program? And what are the consequences for those of us who live on this planet?
