A massive swarm that has not been seen sind the 3/11/11 mega-quake that hit just off of Fukushima and generated thousands of quakes for the next few months. Are we beginning to see that type of instability with the west coast off of Canada? Time will tell, but for now, the rifts are rocking in Canada.
