Great stuff here. When you hear "solar minimum", he is speaking of a period of low electromagnetic/coronal/sunspot activity on the sun. Solar maximum is just the opposite. Note also the strange anomalies on other planets. It's been reported on other forums that the entire solar system, especially the outer planets are heating up, not just Earth. And Venus is slowing down? Strange times indeed.
