Danger of Massive Methane Explosion Looms in Louisiana

The concern with the collapsing salt dome is the combination of stored toxic waste mixed sitting in a cauldron of methane, which only needs a single spark to erupt.  The result could be a nuclear-like eruption in Southern Louisiana.  At the very least, thousands of residents are being displaced, just like the tens of thousands in the northeast that are now homeless.
