This type of weapon defines angeltech, men creating and controlling weapons that give them the power of angels, or in the case of Zeus, fallen angels. It's believed this has been tested already, with one event specifically showing up last year in Oklahoma. I wonder if this weapon will also be classified as "non-lethal"...
