Of Wars and Rumors of Wars - What's next in the Russia-Ukraine-NATO struggle and the China-Japan warnings

I don't know if this could get more confusing, but here it goes.  On the surface it appears the U.S. government consciously overthrew the pro-Russian elected government of the Ukraine.  This despite Russia and Germany (speaking for the European Union) agreeing to a peace deal and changes in the country just two days before the overthrow.  In addition to that, China has made a significant pact and business deal with the Ukraine.  Meanwhile China continues to threaten Japan and their Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, known for his "right-wing nationalist views" and belief that war in defense of the country's honor is always a good choice.  In the midst of all these stories and videos, I must say it appears the Russians and U.S. agreed to tear Ukraine to pieces, with NATO possibly holding the northern parts while Russia maintains it' naval bases in Crimea.  The end result?  Possibly, very possibly World War III.  Remember we are in March, the month named for Mars, the Roman god of war...

US Government Caught Funding The Coup In Ukraine

(Mark Ames)  Just hours after last weekend’s ouster of Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych, one of Pierre Omidyar’s newest hires at national security blog “The Intercept,” was already digging for the truth.
Marcy Wheeler, who is the new site’s “senior policy analyst,” speculated that the Ukraine revolution was likely a “coup” engineered by “deep” forces on behalf of “Pax Americana”:

“There’s quite a bit of evidence of coup-ness. Q is how many levels deep interference from both sides is.”

These are serious claims. So serious that I decided to investigate them. And what I found was shocking.
Wheeler is partly correct. Pando has confirmed that the American government – in the form of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) – played a major role in funding opposition groups prior to the revolution. Moreover, a large percentage of the rest of the funding to those same groups came from a US billionaire who has previously worked closely with US government agencies to further his own business interests. This was by no means a US-backed “coup,” but clear evidence shows that US investment was a force multiplier for many of the groups involved in overthrowing Yanukovych.

But that’s not the shocking part.

Ukrainian troops dispatched in Crimea switch sides

Ukrainian armed forces dispatched to Crimea have switched to the side of local authorities and are expected to take military oath soon, Russian news agencies report.

"Today the majority of the Ukrainian armed forces deployed in Crimea passed to the side of the authorities of the Crimean autonomous region. The transition was absolutely peaceful, without a single shot fired either by the military or by the forces of self-defense," an unnamed source told RIA Novosti news agency.

The source added that some of the servicemen also ran away, while some submitted letters of resignation.

The local military have not been paid for many months, the source also told RIA Novosti.

Earlier, Ukrainian troops in Crimea were said to be resigning on a massive scale. Living quarters, weapons and ammunition have all been left under the protection of the so-called 'self-defense forces.'

Letters of resignation have been coming in since early morning, as the self-defense forces continue to preserve order on the streets of Simferopol, RIA Novosti said citing own reporters on the ground.

Much recent comment on Ukraine in the British press has been marked by a barely forgivable ignorance about its history and politics, an overhasty willingness to put the blame for all its troubles on Vladimir Putin, and an almost total inability to suggest practical ways of bringing effective Western influence to bear on a solution. So perhaps we should start with a short history lesson. A thousand years ago Kiev was the capital of an Orthodox Christian state called Rus with links reaching as far west as England. But Rus was swept away by the Tatars in the 13th century, leaving only a few principalities in the north, including an obscure town deep in the forests, called Moscow. What became known as Ukraine – a Slav phrase meaning “borderlands” – was regularly fought over by Tatars, Poles, Lithuanians, Russians, Turks, Swedes and Cossacks. One large chunk, including Kiev itself, joined Russia in the 17th century. Galicia in the west fell to the Austrians in the following century, but was taken by Poland after the First World War, when the rest of Ukraine joined the Soviet Federation. Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin handed Galicia and its capital Lviv to Ukraine in 1945. All these changes were accompanied by much bloody fighting. Aksyonov promised that "all soldiers, who'll swear allegiance to the Crimean people, will retain their allowance, health and social benefits, military rank and position." The Declaration of Independence boldly states: "When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

Thomas Jefferson, writing on behalf of the independent-minded colonists in 1776, backed up the Declaration's conclusion with numerous examples of British tyranny, stating: "To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world."

Compare them to the United States and global system we live under today.

Are we now free? Examine the balance of power between individuals, endowed with natural rights by God, and government, Constitutionally bound to only limited powers, as well as the leading corporations of the private sector.

A 1946 national archive film released by Encyclopedia Britannica titled "Despotism" outlines several yardsticks for measuring the balance of power of a free society and that of an outright a despotism, according to scales of respect, power, economic distribution and information. Concentrated power and wealth, centralized information and monopolistic or oligopolistic control in any one of these areas tends to negatively affect the others, and renders freedom a mere illusion.

"Look beyond fine words and noble phrases," the analyst in the archive film warns. The rhetoric of freedom in America or anywhere else on planet Earth is irrelevant if the power, wealth and opportunity resides in the hands of just a few, or worse a single entity. By any yardstick, society today is very far gone; the once free United States of America is far down the path of dictatorship, though it keeps wrapped in the stars and stripes of the flag and the lofty words of its founding ideals.

Now what? It is the duty of free people to seek and demand a better society once again.

Pentagon wants to fit soldiers with a little black box brain implant

I post this under the context of transhumanism, but I really should have it under forced transhumanism, because I don't believe many people would voluntarily accept these black box chips in their brain...

Black box recorders are a common feature in aircraft. They sit there keeping track of everything that is happening. Then, if something goes wrong the information can be reviewed to piece together exactly what happened and form a view of the events that may otherwise have been lost.
Now the Pentagon is attempting to develop a similar system for use in humans, and in particular soldiers who have suffered brain damage. If they could be fitted with a black box in their brain, then it may be possible to trigger memories surrounding a traumatic event and overcome memory loss quickly and easily.

As you’d expect, DARPA has been tasked with looking into this area through its Defense Sciences department. We still know very little about how our memory works, but progress is being made through brain stimulation devices such as that developed by Medtronic for helping people with Parkinson’s disease.

The solution DARPA and the Pentagon wants developed takes the form of an implantable device that can both record and stimulate brain activity. Anyone submitting a proposal for such a device needs to detail every step of how it would work, including the surgical procedure to attach it, power requirements once fitted, and how much space it would take up and how much it would weigh.
It’s common to see memory loss in someone suffering brain damage, but they can also forget their personal details and skills, such as remembering their own name, who their family is, and even how to drive. As well as stimulating the brain to recover recent memories, it is hoped the implant would be able to recall common information and therefore help them remember who they are.

Creating such an implant will take a long time to perfect simply because we still know so little about how the human brain works. But such research is important well beyond use in soldiers, and could become a key “upgrade” for humans in the coming decades.

As to what such an implant would look like, the images included here show an existing brain implant developed by the University of Utah. It’s main purpose is to deliver signals from an external source directly into the brain for interpretation. Obviously DARPA’s implant will be much more complex, but will ultimately end up taking a similar form.

Climate Engineering: 13 Patents Explain the Chemtrail Experiment

Journalist Andrew Lilico suggests that humanity must adapt to new changes in the Earth’s weather systems rather than “waste resources on futile mitigation efforts.”

Lilico believes that “adaptation is much less risky” and a world with “potentially more violent extremes of weather” should be so bad.

According to this journalist, everyone can change their roofs, clothing, etc . . . to make this world more eco-friendly by focusing on productive initiatives to reduce the current “wasting [of] our time and money.”

While the general public remains in the dark about extreme weather, there is little readily available information on how initiatives concerning the planet’s natural ecosystems have been tampered with and redirected through manipulation.

In 2010, David Keith, professor at the University of Calgary (UC) published a paper regarding the injection of exorbitant amounts of precisely engineered particles into the upper atmosphere for the sake of saving the planet.

Keither states that “engineering particles as disks a few micrometers wide and around 50 nanometers thick, that are designed to automatically congregate where they are most useful in the atmosphere” would combine nanotechnology and climate engineering.

By spraying engineered disks that are 50 nanometers thick and have a core of aluminum with a top layer of aluminum oxide and a bottom layer of barium titanate, the two particles can react to the atmosphere heating up and create a shiny side to reflect sunlight away from the Earth.

Keith recommends that 10 billion kg nano-discs would be needed to effectively alter the planet’s atmosphere and heat index.

One way to assist in this complete manipulation of natural weather patterns is provided by corporations like the North American Weather Consultants (NAWC) who have been involved in changing the weather since the 1950s.

The NAWC have been employed internationally in the industry “ weather modification [and] research and operations” and as consultants for the US, Europe, South America, Central America, Asia and the Middle East.

Their clients include “hydroelectric utilities, government agencies, water districts, universities and private entities.”

Hacking the weather of the planet is the focus of a white paper entitled, “Geoengineering Research and its Limitations” wherein the barriers of technology and social constructs are discussed.

Rob Wood, co-author of the study on geoengineering and associate professor of atmospheric sciences at the University of Washington (UoW) explains: “In the past five years or so, geoengineering has moved from the realm of quackery to being the subject of scientific research. We wanted to contribute to a serious intellectual discourse.”

This method of cloud seeding, called marine cloud brightening (MCB) is alleged to reflect light from the oceans back out into space.

Another proposal includes a system called the StratoShield that would “spew several million metric tons of sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere, reducing the sun’s radiation globally by 1.8 percent.”
Paul Crutzen, author of a paper expounding on the StratoSheild, said: “Policy makers are worried that the use of these sulfur particles would only contribute to more air pollution. Building trust between scientists and the general public would be needed to make such a large-scale climate modification acceptable, even if it would be judged to be advantageous.”

One geoengineering scheme involves shooting salt water into clouds to create “oceans” in our skies. These clouds, it is believed, could reflect sunlight back out, thereby cooling the planet.
Researchers at the University of Washington (UW) suggest the idea of marine cloud brightening. Using this brightening to manipulate the earth’s weather patterns, according to these scientists, is of no concern as far as its impact on our natural environment.

Specifically speaking to chemtrails and the government and private corporate partnership regarding this global experiment, there are several federally held patents that point to a push toward weather manipulation.

In May of 2012, researchers discovered that chemtrails were polluting thunderclouds which is causing damage to the environment and the planet’s natural weather patterns.

The pollution drenched thunderclouds are most pervasive at night which causes warmer temperatures. The study asserts that these clouds do not reflect sunlight, but trap heat within them and cause global warming effects.

Israeli News Outlets Reporting Secret Deal To Give Temple Mount To Vatican

(Israel Today) Israel could be entering the final stages of negotiations to turn over control of Mount Zion to the Vatican, if recent reports by Israel National News are to be believed.

According to the online news source, a secretive meeting took place this week between the Jerusalem Municipality, Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Tourism and senior Catholic officials.
During the meeting, the Catholic delegation reportedly pressed Israel to follow through on a years-old proposal to give the Church control over the compound that houses the traditional “Hall of the Last Supper.”

The problem is that the same compound also houses the traditional “Tomb of David,” a holy site revered and frequented by religious Jews. Not to mention that Mount Zion is symbolic of Jerusalem as a whole, and surrendering it to the Vatican would be seen by many Israelis as a repudiation of Judaism’s claim to the city.

In response to reports regarding the negotiations, the Jerusalem Municipality released a statement insisting that it would remain “the central sovereign power on Mount Zion.”

Others are not so sure, and believe Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu intends to turn over control of Mount Zion prior to Pope Francis’ visit to the Holy Land in May.

Cauldron: The Supernatural Implications of the Current Middle East

When you were a child, did you ever play “king of the hill”? That’s like what is being played out in the Middle East today. But it is not child’s play; it’s a deadly game with worldwide consequences.

War and peace, life and death hang in the balance of this contest for control of the Temple Mount. As we’ve seen, much blood has been shed in modern times over the Temple Mount feud. Things aren’t getting better, but worse, because neither the Islamics nor the Jews will follow what the true God said about the matter. All sides are determined to do what Psalms 2:1–3 says: 

                                                                                                                            

Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

The United Nations, the European Union, the United States, the Palestinian Authority, Israel, and everybody else are all determined to do what is right in their own eyes. This has always been fallen man’s fatal flaw. From the people before the Flood of Noah’s time, to Nimrod and the tower of Babel, to Israel’s decision not to take the land from the inhabitants at the time God directed it to do so, to Ehud Barak offering the Temple Mount to Arafat for the sake of peace—everybody has wanted to do it his or her own way, not God’s way. The result is that rather than things getting better and better, as the evolutionists tell us, things are getting worse and worse, as the Bible says: “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived” (2 Timothy 3:13). The Temple Mount in Jerusalem will continue to draw violence until Christ returns at the end of Armageddon.

War Workers

Looking at the issues of war and peace surrounding Jerusalem and Palestine in recent years, we notice an absence of all-out war. Some would call this a positive sign of improvement over the war woes of previous decades. 

                                                                                                                            

While there has been an absence of all-out war, however, no true observer of the Mideast situation can honestly proclaim that the region has had real peace. The fact is, the attempts to control the violence since the last major conflict—the Persian Gulf War—and the War on Terrorism following the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks of September 11, 2001 have acted like a pressure-cooker lid for the region. The Middle East is indeed a cauldron. Unfortunately, the false peace makers (the international community, including the U.S.) have been able to do nothing to do away with the causes of the trouble building between Israel and its aggressive Arab-Islamic radical neighbors. That’s because the problems are supernatural at their roots; they are satanic. 

                                                                                                                            

Threats of all-out war surrounding and involving Israel have been in the headlines for years. Most recently we think of Syria and the possibilities of war being ignited by the battle to oust Bashar Al Assad as the country’s dictator/president. Consider the tremendous dangers building within the Israeli/Iranian confrontation over Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

Added to this are the boiling anxieties and turmoil initiated when the Muslim Brotherhood, under the false promises of the Arab Spring eruptions, ousted Hosni Mubarak from Egyptian leadership. All the while, the many enemies surrounding the Jewish state remain resolute about erasing Israel from the map. As a matter of fact, maps used by many of the Arab nations have no references outlining or even mentioning Israel. 

                                                                                                                            

A time will come, the Bible says, when those who work to agitate for war will cause God’s anger to bring judgment: “God is jealous, and the Lord revengeth; the Lord revengeth, and is furious; the Lord will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies” (Nahum 1:2). He will take vengeance on those who come against His people, to whom He gave the land of promise—which includes the Temple Mount.

Stormy Islamics

The storm of rage has been building since Israel no longer seems willing to give away land and other concessions with nothing given by Palestinian adversaries in return. There seems little Israel’s Palestinian enemies can now achieve by continuing with a negotiating process for a peace they don’t want anyway. 

                                                                                                                            

Up until the year 2000, Arafat and company had reason to come to the peace table and at least pretend an interest in peace. A steady stream of concessions flowed to them with little effort on their part. They finally got an Israeli-free territory, being allowed to have a Palestinian armed police force of more than thirty thousand. 

                                                                                                                            

Things changed once this was achieved. Arafat refused Barak’s seemingly insane offer of the Temple Mount and many other concessions. If Arafat had accepted Barak’s offer, many observers believe the PLO chairman would have been assassinated by his own people, as was Anwar Sadat following his peace treaty with Menachem Begin. 

                                                                                                                            

Most observers believed, also, that once the PLO and the Islamic radicals got all they could at the peace table, the hardball issues would have to be addressed—issues like border determinations, water rights, bringing Palestinian refugees back to disputed territories, the ultimate status of Samaria and Judea, and, of course, the sovereignty over Jerusalem.

Sovereignty over Jerusalem includes control of the Temple Mount and the authority to make arrangements for access to it. Corridors for pilgrims to the holy sites must be maintained. These corridors must be arranged so as not to cross opposition territory. For Israel’s foes in the region to accept a final settlement would mean the Islamic radicals would have no further claims. This they will never agree to accept. 

                                                                                                                            

The so-called Middle East peace process between Israel and the Muslim forces of the nations surrounding the tiny Jewish state has been ongoing for decades. These are Arab nations, and all contain fiery Islamist fanaticism that openly declares that Israel must be destroyed. John Loeffler, an observer/commentator of that peace process, frames, in an all-encompassing thought, the seeming hopelessness of the situation: 

                                                                                                                            

Everyone also realized that once the peace process played out, the Arabs would have no further incentive to remain at the negotiating table and behave themselves, leaving a new round of war(s) as the only remaining option. The act of accepting a final agreement would force the Arabs to relinquish any future claims on the Israeli state, its people, and the very existence of Israel itself. It would be final; the events begun in 1947–48 would be over. In the world’s eyes, the Arabs would lose all “legitimacy” for further struggle.[i]

Israeli Retaliations

No matter how vicious the attacks by the terrorists against the people of Israel, when that nation responds with force, the world news organizations and world community declare the response to be overreaction.

There are almost always sympathetic voices for the Palestinian aggressors who throw stones and Molotov cocktails, and even for those who fire with heavy-caliber weapons upon Israeli forces. It is amazing to watch as a bully attacks someone who is trying to live in peace, then hear an entirely different report on what you are witnessing. Instead of reporting that the fighting has been started by the Palestinian troublemakers, the world news reports invariably imply that Israeli forces brutalize their victims with overwhelming military power.

For example, on Sunday, May 30, 2010, a fleet of six flotillas set sail from Cyprus for the Gaza strip, carrying pro-Palestinian activists and humanitarian aid to the area. Included in that fleet was the Mavi Mara, a Turkish cruise liner chartered by IHH, a group that, in addition to performing humanitarian efforts, also supports radical Islamic terrorist networks, including Hamas.[ii] Israel and the Israeli navy gave numerous warnings to the fleet prior to setting sail, as well as during the journey. They also offered an alternative plan for the fleet to dock at Ashod, where cargo could be inspected and then transferred by land. The fleet defied these warnings and instead attempted to break the Israeli naval blockade. 

                                                                                                                            

The next day, the Israel Defense Force (IDF) decided to board the flotillas and force them to redirect to Ashod. Five were boarded without incident; however, when IDF soldiers attempted to board the Mavi Mara, they were met with violent attacks by Palestinian activists wielding clubs, knives, and a gun—with all of the activity supported by video evidence. IDF soldiers returned fire, killing nine activists. Seven IDF soldiers were also wounded.[iii] 

                                                                                                                            

The incident was characterized in nearly every major news network as a brutal attack on humanitarian aid workers by Israeli forces, provoking international condemnation. In September 2011, the United Nations published a report of its findings about the incident. The report exonerated Israel, but not without characterizing the incident as “excessive and unreasonable.”[iv] Again, nearly every major news headline emphasized the description “excessive and unreasonable” rather than highlighting the exoneration. 

                                                                                                                            

Israel is not without fault, of course. The Israeli military has no doubt been brutal at times in use of force. But, only in cases of defensive-oriented, preemptive action has Israel struck at its neighbors first.

Israel might be back in the land of promise in unbelief, but it seems to take the Lord at His word in the matter of self-defense. Considering the history of the nation’s hostile neighbors, heeding God’s advice has been very wise indeed!

Pope Seeks to Unite with Charismatics through Prosperity Guru Kenneth Copeland

Copeland and his wife are best known as long-time leaders of the false gospel "health and wealth" prosperity gospel. They have spawned many pastors of their false gospel through the years, but apparently now seek to grab more attention by uniting with the (by definition)the replacement Christ for the true Son of God, the Pope. Things seem to be coming together quickly...

Pope to Copeland: Catholics and Charismatics must spiritually unite

We are galloping toward a one-world melding of religions, and the ramifications are staggering. Pope Francis has now sent a video message to Word of Faith father Kenneth Copeland, urging a reconciliation between Catholics and Charismatics.

“The Catholic and Charismatic Renewal is the hope of the Church,” exclaims Anglican Episcopal Bishop Tony Palmer, before a group of cheering followers at the Kenneth Copeland Ministries.   Palmer said those words are from the Vatican. Before playing the video message from Pope Francis to Kenneth Copeland, Palmer told the crowd,  “When my wife saw that she could be Catholic, and Charismatic, and Evangelical, and Pentecostal, and it was absolutely accepted in the Catholic Church, she said that she would like to reconnect her roots with the Catholic culture. So she did.”

The crowd cheered, as he continued, “Brothers and sisters, Luther’s protest is over. Is yours?”
Even Kenneth Copeland finds this development incredible: Said Copeland, “Heaven is thrilled over this…You know what is so thrilling to me? When we went into the ministry 47 years ago, this was impossible.”

How can this impossibility be? Could the ears of those once aware of the evils of ecumenicism suddenly be sealing shut? What is even more gobsmackingly painful is the reaction from evangelicals, who seem quite thrilled with this unholy alliance.

Why Jerusalem Renters are Wary of the Messiah's Return

Many Jerusalem rental contracts include the unusual stipulation that if and when the Messiah arrives, tenants must move out so the landlord can move in and enjoy the ensuing paradise.

Many Jerusalem residents believe not only that the Messiah will return, but that his arrival is imminent – so imminent they have taken legal precautions to ensure they can return to Jerusalem immediately upon his return.

In apartment contracts around the city, there are clauses stipulating what will happen to the apartment if or when the Jewish Messiah, or mashiach, comes. The owners, generally religious Jews living abroad, are concerned that he will arrive, build a third temple, and turn Israel into paradise – and they will be stuck waiting for their apartment tenants' contracts to run out before they can move back.
It is prophesied in the Jewish scriptures that there will be no more war, murder, or theft, the Jerusalem Temple will be rebuilt (all that remains today is the Western Wall), and all the Jews will return to the land of Israel upon his arrival. This period is known as Olam Haba, or the World to Come.
